Am i fat? :/ please be completely honest, and give me feedback on what to do if im just untoned?

To thin for my taste. Are you getting enough protein and eating enough complex carbohydrates I think some get middle weight from eating too many simple carbohydrates. See www.StopConstipation.Net for some healthy eating habits. I think you need to eat more but healthier. Protein builds muscle m. Don't eat bad fats eat good fats, like Omega 3 fatty acids, salmon or use olive oil. Stay away from fatty meats. My husband and I eat fish and chicken and ocionally lean red meat.
