Pregnancy symptoms 5 days past possible conception?

Hi I feel alittle stupid for this but oh well: I am positive I'm pregnant ( but without the test) lmp was march 20th-22nd. It's my first month on a new bc which I started approximately march 25th. I went in an antibiotic from April 1-5. Starting Tuesday April 5 I started to notice my stomach stuck out more than usual and since that day Ive experienced a sore belly, tiredness, nausea, and my belly has a pooch now I kno it seems way to earlybut let me say this is.my 3rd pregnancy and I popped early with each one. I looked online and it said my probableconception date was April 4th. Do u think I'm crazy or is anyone else just really intune with their body? Besides all that i just feel pregnant. Thanks
