WOULD THIS BE AN ANTIQUE?

I have a food stamp (the paper kind) from the i believe and i was wondering if this would be worth anything if i were to try and sell it. I dont know if its historical or antique. I found it in a letter that was written from my daddy to my mama when he was on operation dessert storm in the late 80's and early 90's on active duty with the u.s army. Could it have some value?
