Am i Overweight???????????

I m 13 years old, am about 5'1'' to 5'2'' and weigh 101-102 pounds, it goes up and down. I feel so overweight and fat. And I feel that my thighs are huge. And that I have a pooch. ut people tell me that I'm not but i can't believe them. Thanks
