Another flat stomach question. please help.?

Okay so, again I'm trying to get a flatter stomach. I drink plenty of water. I eat pretty healthy. I have been doing sit ups for about 2 weeks and I go on walks. I've started doing bicycles, crunches, a lot of running in place, and squats. I don't weigh a whole lot, Im not very toned or anything though and I don't have a flat stomach. Its not a pot belly either though. Its like a little pooch i guess. If I keep up my routine, how soon should I see results? Also is there something better that I can do?
