Belly-pooch help please!?

It just the way you are put together genetically. Work on doing some exercises that target the abs. Stomach crunches do a lot without costing you any money. Start off slow (3 sets of 10 reps) to begin with for a week. You should start to see some improvements by week end. Then add more sets each week after. Below is a you tube video to help you along.
