I have gone from 180 to about 130 in the past 2 years after having my daughter. I feel great! The only thing that is bugging me is the fat in the middle of my stomach (the pooch from pregnancy). Is there anything I can do that actually works? And don't say a tummy tuck won't do it. I know you can't target one specific part that's why I'm asking what the best method would be. And I would LOVE advice to come from anyone who is in this sort of profession. But anything will help thanks :)
