I lost my dog what should i do?

I lost my dog name pooch she was a poodle I had her for 10 years i took her outdoor (to do her thing) I FORGOT SHE WAS OUT DOORS) I wake she was gone it hurts so bad I can't stop crying that was my baby I feel so bad. I put up poster for her and a reward. I pray someone is taking care of her like I did. How do you move on from this?
