I think i forgot to put my dogs flee and tick medicine on?

I think i forgot to put my dogs flee and tick medicine on and i was wondering if it would be ok to put it on again? please dont call me names this is the first time i have messed up in all my years of dog owning and pet owning i am very responsable and i dont want to cause harm to my pooch
