Wanting to lose belly pooch and love handles.?
I'm 5'3" about 105lbs. I mainly only drink water and milk with maybe 1 soda a week. I eat sweets VERY rarely. But I don't eat healthy. I do eat a lot of starches. Is there anything I can do to lose the slight love handles and belly pooch?
