What in your opinion is the best diet to go on after childbirth?

Wow you are doing great just remember it took 9 months to put on this weight and it aint going to go away over night. Dont diet while feeding you will regret this, I tried to do a little dieting while feeding and lost all my milk in like a week. If you want to ramp up the calories pump as well as feed and store that milk. You can build your milk up simply by pumping 1 or 2 a day. Once your milk goes down it is hard to get it built back up. I did pump every time after I breastfeed to get my milk built up so I could store this will help you burn more calories. The best thing to do is exercise and eat right. The best workout I like is biggest loser cardio max it does work but I recommend switching it out with other routines so you will stick to it and not get board. But you are doing great girl dont get down, you should feel good about yourself your weight came off pretty good so far.
